Unique among non-profit organizations, all PFOX staff members are not paid salaries, but serve at great personal sacrifice of their time and resources to advance PFOX’s mission and improve the lives of children and families.
The PFOX leadership team and the PFOX board of directors are also composed entirely of unpaid, but highly accomplished and talented professionals, who donate their time and talents to the ongoing mission to see that every person seeking positive life change receives the love and support of family, friends, the community, and the church.
In 2004 Flo Hubbs began the ministry Little is Much in Peoria, IL . This ministry was to reach out to Parents who are impacted by the lifestyle of Homosexuality. {See Flo Hubbs testimony} In 2009 Little is Much became a chapter of PFOX, continuing to provide biblical support to family and friends who have a loved one living a homosexual life. October 2022, Flo Hubbs became the director of PFOX, and merged the parent support of Little is Much with the parent support of PFOX. PFOX wants to encourage you although the journey may be long, and painful, Christ wants to give each person a new heart & mind. We continue to pray for those who run away from God and don’t want to hear anything about Jesus.
